Project Manager, Dean, finds joy in the details. In his work here at Rufty Homes, he ensures from the top to the very bottom, that everything is done with excellence, operating by the motto, “Whatever you are, be a good one.” Regardless of what needs to be built or repaired during the scope of a project, he works hard to make sure he exceeds client expectations. 

A veteran of the Coast Guard, Dean enjoys woodworking, being active in his church, doing projects around the house, and spending time with his wife and three wonderful kids.
