As a Residential Construction Project Manager, Allen works with our clients to ensure their project runs smoothly from start to finish. He especially enjoys working on challenging projects with a traditional flair and likes incorporating natural elements like stone and timber in his projects when possible.
Originally from Fountain, NC, Allen attended Louisburg College before transferring to NC State. He’s been part of the Rufty Homes team since 1996.
When he’s not working, Allen enjoys getting outside by golfing or biking and spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their kids Josh and Jordan, and their dog, Gracie Goose.
