A Message Regarding COVID-19 from Our Owner

We know that these last few months have been stressful, as we all learn to cope with a new reality. We’ve been learning as much as we can about coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it may impact our employees, clients, and community. 

We have been monitoring the recommendations from the CDC and government notices that are pertinent to the health and safety of personnel working on our job sites. As we continue to operate our job sites, we are keeping a heightened awareness on the COVID-19 outbreak. 

To promote a safe jobsite working environment, we have implemented more in-depth precautions and guidelines. We’re asking all of our employees to follow strict rules regarding handwashing, social distancing, and staying home when needed. We’re being flexible, working to meet the needs of our employees, allowing them to work from home or take time off if needed. 

We’re also committed to our clients and getting projects completed safely. Our employees are not only maintaining safe social distancing practices on job sites, washing their hands regularly, and using hand sanitizer while on the job. They are also following a list of circumstances in which they are not permitted to visit any job sites. This list includes, but is not limited to, experiencing any symptoms of acute respiratory illness, being exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, or having recently traveled by mass transit. 

To ensure that the above measures are being taken across all of our projects, each job site has the guidelines posted where each employee and subcontractor must sign a form noting that they are abiding by all guidelines. They are also having their temperature checked with handheld thermometers to promote a safe and healthy worksite.

We’re keeping in touch with local government entities, specifically inspection departments so that we are prepared if they plan to close. We will continue to closely monitor this situation and do what we can to protect you and our employees. If we decide to make further changes to our operations, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.
