Our Estimator, Adam Marlow, meets with our clients during their initial consultations, helping them to create a plan based on their needs, wants, and budget. From there, he coordinates with our subcontractors and project managers, and studies the housing plan himself to create a realistic estimate for new builds and remodels. 

He enjoys the diversity of the challenges he’s presented with daily, as each project is unique. He also believes that part of the fun of his job is collaborating with the rest of our team, drawing from their experience, and working together to come up with unique solutions for our customers. 

After growing up in Maryland and Pennsylvania, Adam graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University, where he studied history and sociology. When he’s not working, he enjoys listening to audiobooks while he runs, roasting his own coffee, and spending time with his wife, Joanne, and their daughter Madeline.
