As Client Coordinator at Rufty Homes, Allyson Coleman helps guide clients through every stage of the custom home building and renovation process. Working closely with project managers, the in-office team, and homeowners, she keeps projects organized, communication flowing, and every detail on track from start to finish.

A Durham, North Carolina native and graduate of High Point University with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Allyson brings experience from nearly every phase of custom home building. Her background includes land assessment, architectural development, estimating, interior design selections, field management, and warranty, giving her a well-rounded perspective that benefits both clients and the project team.

Allyson thrives on organization, project management, and seeing a homeowner's vision become reality. She enjoys the creativity and attention to detail that define custom home building and finds the greatest reward in delivering a dream home to each client.

Outside of work, Allyson enjoys antique and thrift shopping, traveling, organizing, spending time with family, and attending church. She's married to her husband, Josh, and together they have a young son, Easton, along with their nine-year-old Havanese, Jax. A self-proclaimed dog lover, Allyson never passes up the chance to meet a client's furry family members. And if there's one thing she couldn't live without? Sweet tea.
