Justin plans and oversees the day-to-day operations of our luxury remodeling projects. This includes hiring subcontractors, managing budgets, and helping to create unique features for our clients. He has a background in residential construction and, before joining the Rufty team, he spent time working as a carpenter, site supervisor, and doing outdoor adventure construction for ropes courses and zip lines. 

When he’s not working, you can find Justin watching UNC basketball and football and cheering on the Boston Red Sox and Carolina Hurricanes. He and his wife, Hilary, have a daughter named Kylee and a King Charles Spaniel named Birdie.
