Our Business Manager, Kelly Nicholson, does a little bit of everything, from managing financial statements and project budgets to marketing and human resources. This diversity is part of what she loves most about the job, navigating the challenges of the ever-changing world of construction.
Kelly graduated from NC State with a BA in Accounting, and as a CPA, she worked in a number of different industries before joining Rufty Homes in 2011.
When she’s not working, you can find Kelly planning her next mission trip. She’s been on about 20 trips since 2011, both domestic and international, and is always looking forward to the next one. Kelly is married to her husband, Jamie, and they have two grown daughters, Bridget and Jesse, as well as three grandchildren.
