In his role as a Project Manager, Shawn guides and manages the construction of the home-building process, gathering information from the designers/architects and pulling the details of the project together with the trades and suppliers. He thrives on the challenge of creating an artistic, modern home and the satisfaction of watching it all come together. 

Outside of work, Shawn enjoys hiking at parks with his family and their dog, playing men’s league ice hockey, and taking day trips to Wrightsville Beach. Having spent time living in Ohio, Michigan, and now North Carolina, you can find him cheering on the Cleveland Browns, the Ohio State Buckeyes, the Detroit Red Wings, and the Carolina Hurricanes.
