“When Bernard and his wife talked about their dream home, the vision was clear. The self-proclaimed animal lovers wanted an energy-efficient contemporary home designed for multi-generational residents and guests that could also accommodate their rescue pets and bring the beauty of nature indoors. In 2019, they decided to take the first steps to finally bring that vision to life.”
“The couple’s primary goal during the build was to create a livable, fun house in an urban setting, without giving up amenities like a pool and spacious outdoor living space. They relied on the Rufty Homes team to listen to their ideas and bring them all to life.”

Giving back to the community remains at the heart of our mission. In 2024, we proudly supported St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital through fundraising efforts that raised $7,315. Sanctuary at Falls Development: The recorded plats for Sanctuary at Falls are complete, and we’re thrilled to announce that development will be rolling within the next 30 to 60 days. This exclusive property will provide unique opportunities for those seeking a luxury lifestyle.
Remodeling and Custom Build Projects: We’re excited to collaborate with several clients on renovation projects for homes we’ve previously built, creating refreshed spaces that continue to meet their evolving needs. A few long-anticipated custom home projects that were delayed due to external circumstances are set to move forward swiftly in 2025. These homes reflect years of thoughtful planning, and we can’t wait to bring them to life. We are also partnering with a valued architect on a custom remodel for a customer special to the Rufty Homes Inc. family
