Sydney Jamison

Sydney Jamison, our Business Development Coordinator, works with our clients from the first introduction all the way through the construction process, including design, specs, pricing, and contract. Her favorite part of the job is watching the visions and dreams of our clients come to life through the design process.

Originally from Raleigh, Sydney graduated from UNC Chapel Hill before working in Jackson Hole as an event planner. When she moved back to Raleigh, she worked in the property and casualty insurance industry and in onsite new construction sales.

Sydney and her husband, Rob have three kids. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family at Smith Mountain Lake and going out to dinner with friends.

Parker Shanahan

Parker Shanahan

Parker worked his way through the University of Massachusetts in construction and loved it so much that 30 years later he’s still at it. He enjoys getting up knowing his workday is an opportunity to meet families who rely on him to help design their dream custom home. When Parker’s away from the homesite, he loves to mountain bike and cook up the food he grows in his garden. Favorite movie: Blade Runner. Favorite band: Foo Fighters. A wise one this Parker, inspired by Yoda he is.

Project Management

Chris Bridgewater

Chris Bridgewater

Chris Bridgewater, a Remodeling Project Manager, spends his days coordinating schedules and contractors for remodeling projects that meet and exceed our customer’s expectations. As remodels are typically done while the customers are living in the house, Chris often becomes a temporary family member during the course of a project.

Passionate about construction for most of his life, Chris began working on remodels and renovations while he was still in high school. He is skilled in all areas of carpentry, from framing to fine cabinetry and particularly enjoys working on additions. His favorite part of the job is seeing the look of relief on a client’s face when they get exactly what they were expecting at the end of the project.

Chris has been married to his wife, Amy for 31 years, and they have 3 daughters, 2 sons, 3 granddaughters, and 1 grandson. Outside of work, Chris enjoys going fishing with his kids and riding his Harley.

Garth Stevens

Garth Stevens

As a Project Manager, Garth understands the importance of having a great eye for detail and time management skills. His main responsibilities include keeping the job on schedule, making sure the budget is in check, and performing quality control, all while putting the client’s best interest first.

As a teenager, Garth worked for a local remodeler in the summers, before transitioning to new construction work in 2002. He enjoys working on custom home projects with unique features, like deer stands or duck blinds.

When he’s not working, you can find Garth spending time with his wife and two daughters, cheering on Duke sports, and perfecting his homemade BBQ sauce.
